A Social Affair - New Teacher Training

A Social Affair is a ballroom dance studio that has experienced a rapid influx of new teachers. This training is designed to help them understand their immediate priorities as new teachers and best practices. Kitchen Safety - English/Spanish

Baumhower's Victory Grille is a restaurant in Alabama that has a revolving door of kitchen staff, a majority of which are Spanish speakers. This module addresses the vital importance of kitchen safety and ways to ensure the kitchen area is clean and safe for all involved. This design document established the foundational structure for the module, in both English and Spanish. It details the business needs, course objectives, content organization, sequencing, and methods for evaluating learning outcomes.
