In my role as an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer, I find great joy in helping organizations craft meaningful learning experiences. By working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, I am ready to contribute to the creation of well-crafted learning objectives that lead to measurable results, enhance skill development, and boost organizational performance and growth.

Throughout course development, I use my strengths as a former educator to identify learning gaps and strategically plan how learners should engage with content to drive behavioral changes and long-term knowledge retention. By incorporating aspects of the ADDIE/SAM model and adult learning theory principles, I take a systematic and thorough approach to course development. 

To develop impactful blended learning solutions, I possess proficiency in a range of tools. My software experience encompasses Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Slack, and Zoom. Being a continuous learner, I strive to stay updated on the newest trends and technologies influencing the field of instructional design. 

Apart from instructional design, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and watching baseball and football!
